Canadian Orders:
Regular Priced Merchandise
Items with an original receipt and original form of payment will receive a refund until January 12, 2025. Returns made with a gift receipt are valid for an exchange or store credit.
Sale Priced Merchandise
Items with an original receipt or gift receipt can be returned for an exchange or store credit until January 12, 2025. They are not applicable for a full refund.
Sale items with a discount of 50% off or greater are considered a final sale and will not be applicable for a refund or exchange.
Details
- All tags and packaging must be intact - items must not be worn or washed.
- All sunglasses, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, hosiery, socks, undergarments, and candles are final sale.
- Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Items purchased in store cannot be processed for return via mail/online. The original form of payment must be present to receive a full refund.
- Order by December 15 to receive before December 24
- Outside of BC: Order by December 11 to receive before December 24
- In Store Pick Up: Available until December 15. If you wish to purchase something in-store, please use the store availability option to see which location has the item and contact the store directly to confirm item availability or to place it on hold.

Our apologies for the technical issue. This is something we are working towards resolving as soon as possible.
In the meantime we ask you first try entering both the number located below the bar code and the "If checking out online:" number.
If neither are successful we ask you to place your order like normal. Reply to the order confirmation to let us know you would like to have your gift card applied. Please include the full gift card number located under the bar code.
We will then immediately process a refund for the amount covered by your gift card.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you are able to request an order cancellation. Please respond to your confirmation email, or contact us at orders@getplenty.com
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the merchandise for a full refund or store credit and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
You are able to exchange purchases in person at an in-store location.
In store pick up is a free option we offer online for the convenience of picking up at your nearest Plenty location instead of getting the order shipped.
Please select your preferred store at checkout.
Depending on stock availability it may take 3-10 business days to process your order.
You will receive a phone call from the store with instructions once the order is ready for pickup. Please do not go to the store until you have received this call.
Your order will be held for 14 days after the date you have been contacted. If you do not pick up your order in this time it will be returned to our warehouse where the return will be processed based on our policy above.
The quoted time at checkout is for delivery once your order has been processed. We try our best to ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. During holidays and peak sale times this may be delayed.
Orders may be subject to a review period which can cause a delay in sourcing. If we are unable to locate the item(s), we will cancel your order. We will notify you if we are out of stock or back ordered on an item.
Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends and holidays.
In store pick ups may take 3-10 business days depending on stock quantities.
If you cannot locate your package after 48 hours from the 'delivered' status, please contact orders@getplenty.com and we will review it with the shipping company.
Plenty is not responsible for refunding or replacing stolen, missing, or damaged packages.
You will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped if you provided an email at checkout.
If you did not receive one, please email orders@getplenty.com and we will provide you with an update on your order. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update.
Canadian orders will contain a return label inside the order. Please use this return label and drop it off at your nearest Canada Post. Please note: all mailed in returns will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.
Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the item(s) returned do not fall under our return policy the package will be returned to sender and the return will not be processed.
For US Orders, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be mailed to the below address. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping. Please use a trackable method of shipping - we will not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

Processing Time: We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed.
A refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
