Purchases of over $125 ship free within North America.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post and FedEx.
American orders are shipped via FedEx.
For Canadian orders, a return shipping label is included with orders. All returns using this label will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.
All international orders are required to pay shipping fees when making a return. All fees, including, but not limited to, duties, taxes and COD will be deducted prior to issuing a refund.
Should a package be returned to Plenty due to incorrect shipping information provided, additional shipping charges will apply when re-sending the package. Please ensure all information is correct upon receipt of order confirmation.
Quoted delivery times at checkout applies after the order has been processed. Most orders will ship within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Delays may occur during peak times, including holidays.
In-store pickups will be processed wiithin 3-10 business days, depending on local product availability.
Orders may be subject to a review period, which can cause a delay in processing. If we are unable to fulfill items in your order, your order may be modified or cancelled. We will notify you if and when these changes are made.
For your convenience, purchases can be picked up at your nearest location, free of charge.
At checkout, select your preferred store. Note that it may take 3-10 business days to process your order, depending on local product availability.
You will receive a phone call to confirm when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held from two weeks after it is received at your chosen store. If you do not pick up your order within two weeks, it will be returned to Plenty where it will be processed as a refund.
For purchases of final sale merchandise, if your order is not picked up within two weeks, it will be returned to Plenty and no refund will be processed. To have your order redelivered, please contact orders@getplenty.com.
Regular Price Merchandise
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, with original packaging. Bodysuits, jewelry, bralettes, candles, hosiery, socks, undergarments, hand sanitizer, soaps, body washes and face masks are final sale.
All returns are subject to a $7.00 restocking fee.
Sale Merchandise (excluding welcome discounts)
Sale items are considered a final sale and will not be applicable for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Canadian Orders
Full refunds will be issued for merchandise returned within 14 days of shipment date.
Store credit will be issued for merchandise returned between 15 and 30 days of shipment date.
Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after shipment date.
Items may be returned through mail, or at any store location. If returning through mail, a Canada Post return label is included inside every order. Please use this label and drop off at your nearest Canada Post location.
If item(s) returned are ineligible per our policy, the package will be returned to sender and the return will not be processed.
International Orders
For all other orders, return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can be mailed to the below address. Any charges incurred upon receiving your package will be deducted from the amount refunded. This includes, but is not limited to: customs fees, brokerage fees, taxes, and shipping.
Plenty is not liable for packages lost in transit, therefore, it is recommended to ship with a trackable method.

Processing Time
You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Please allow up to two weeks from shipping date for processing.
A refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and will post 1-3 business days after the processing date. Refunds issued back to credit cards may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
At this time, we are unable to offer online exchanges. Please return your original purchase, and place a new order at your convenience. Purchases may be exchanged in person at any of our locations.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you are able to request an order cancellation. Please respond to your confirmation email, or email orders@getplenty.com.
Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email if provided.
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update. If you did not receive a tracking number, please email orders@getplenty.com for order updates.
If you package has been marked 'delivered' and you cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact orders@getplenty.com.
Plenty is not responsible for refunding or replacing stolen, missing, or damaged packages.
Please note that returns or exchanges for purchases made at a location cannot be processed online.

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within seven days from date of purchase, or exchange or store credit within thirty days from date of purchase.
If paid on credit or debit, the card used for payment must be presented for a return to be processed. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.
All sale items are final sale.
Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
